There are so many reasons that can bring you to a yoga practice. It might be purely for the enjoyment of moving & getting out of your head, to build your strength or gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

I am passionate about understanding the incredible bodies we inhabit. Teaching people to know how to find alignment in poses, to adapt a pose for their body is what I can offer you.
Anusara Yoga brings the heart into asana. It deepens the practice from the physical level. With heart & body you take action, & you can apply this off the mat.
