Working with any teacher 1 : 1 gives you a greater opportunity to focus on specific areas of your yoga practice. 

Working with me 1 : 1 is going to be different to choosing anyone else. 

I specialise in yoga for women during all stages of menopause. I can adapt your practice to target changes in physical strength, energy, bone strength & stress regulation.  

The physical & emotional impacts of menopause are different for every woman. We can look at movement & support for  you to reconnect with your body & let it relax into this change. 

You're looking for a teacher who focuses on alignment for your body. Let’s get into the nitty gritty of your joints, fascia & muscles.  You want to understand your own body & why it feels the way it does in different positions. This is empowering for you.

You like working with someone who is a straight talker, keeping instructions relevant & direct. If you prefer warm, fuzzy dreamy instructions then I'm probably not your teacher. Clear communication is key.

You're looking for a yoga teacher trained to modify yoga poses for your unique & specific needs. Maybe you’re recovering from an injury, or living with limited mobility or a medical condition & you want someone to help adapt your practice. There are a bunch of refinements & variations we can explore together.

You want a couple of short customised practices that you can alternate at home. Movement snacks, sequences to help prepare you for a restful sleep or quiet easy day.

Here’s how we do this…

Before the initial session we will have a chat about what you are wanting to focus on. I then craft a practice or adaptations. Put together ideas for you to explore. You can record your Zoom session to replay as often as you want.

Book a time that works for you

  • 60 minute online session

    Your opportunity to have a sequence crafted for you. Perhaps you want specific alignment cues to take through your practice.

    This hour gives us a chance to discuss your experience of menopause, & learn some movement to help with specific symptoms.

  • Block of 3 x 60 minute sessions

    Let’s take time & look deeper into what’s going on. Make adjustments, feel how they land & then fine-tune. 3 sessions means you can come back with more questions, work on different needs.

    Time between each session can vary as long as all 3 sessions are completed within 6 months of purchase.
