Bulahdelah Monday Class
Dive into practical alignment principles and mindful breath work in this well integrated practice of yoga. Join this class to share a little wisdom, a few laughs and minimal fluff.
Class is suitable for beginners to more experienced students. This is a 90 minute class, come prepared for a strong practice & to be welcomed by this dynamic community..
Mondays 4.00 - 5.30pm.

Bulahdelah Wednesday Class
Experience the benefits of clear alignment and mindful breath work, all in a down-to-earth community setting. A term of classes for anyone with an interest in finding more freedom in their movement, building stamina and stretching tight muscles. If you have back pain, stiff knees, or tight shoulders and want to learn how to unwind; this is a good class for you.
Wednesdays 6.00 - 7.00pm.

Hatha Yoga Forster
Join me for yoga that's all about clear, precise alignment, delivered with a side of humour. These classes are a judgement-free zone where variations are offered. Care for your body, laugh a little, and explore the wisdom of tantric teachings.
Come ready for a strong & steady 75 minute class with a dynamic community of students. Beginners to more experienced students welcome

Chair Yoga Forster
Experience the benefits of chair yoga, a class designed for all—men and women, young and wise. Whether recovering from injury or illness or seeking to maintain strength and balance. This class offers a supportive community for you to move some energy & iron out some creases. Embrace breath awareness as you navigate a practice tailored to your needs.
