About me
A passionate student & practitioner of yoga & lover of nature.
Yoga, whether it's asana, meditation or other practices has been an important part of my life since my twenties. Through yoga I have learnt to better understand myself, my habits of being & found ways to help me live with more awareness.
I am a student of Hatha Yoga first and foremost with an ongoing focus on expanding my knowledge and skills as a teacher.
Amazingly in the small community in NSW where I live, I was introduced to Anusara Yoga by my teacher, Christine du Fresne.
Anusara is a school of Hatha Yoga that draws on the non-dual Tantric view that essentially everything & everyone is an aspect of Source energy or Consciousness.
A practice that doesn't look to fix you but to reveal more of your innate wholeness. Helps to build self acceptance, to open your heart to life and to have some fun in the process.
As an Anusara Inspired™ yoga teacher I love helping you to develop your own practice at whatever level that might be.
During menopause I relied on my yoga practice to help me navigate the changes. The practice of discernment guided me to acceptance of this physical, emotional & mental transition. .
